This training will include how to create a recruitment request; an overview of the search committee process and linking to the search; understanding how committee members access candidate application materials; learning the applicant tracking system and how to move candidates through the different stages; a review of Pre-Offer, Offer, Contracts, and Additional Information Letters in Workday; and identifying available resources to assist in the search process. This training is required for Administrative Assistants and Search Coordinators. This training is recommended for Managers.
