This course covers a detailed review of best practices for instant messaging over Teams, including status and notification management. Best practices around for video conferences are also discussed, whether you are moderating or simply in attendance. The course - and series - conclude with tips and tricks for deescalation as well as important pointers for providing (and receiving!) professional-level feedback. All topics are grounded in principles based around communication richness.
